ED Global Partners is looking for a
Performance Marketing Specialist

who can independently own and scale digital advertising campaigns for our diverse portfolio of clients.

What you'll do:

• Manage and optimise Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube & Remarketing)

• Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• Handle LinkedIn Ads and other paid media platforms

• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI

• Set up and manage GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking

• Analyse campaign performance and improve CPL, CPA & ROAS

• Work closely with our consulting, content, and design teams to drive measurable business growth

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 3 - 5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience





• Can independently manage multiple client accounts

• Is analytical, data-driven, and result-oriented

• Has robust expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and GTM

• Takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment
