Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month *(depending on qualification & experience)*

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced School Counsellor to support the emotional, social, behavioural, and academic well-being of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counselling to students.
- Identify and support students facing emotional, behavioural, social, or academic challenges.
- Conduct awareness sessions on mental health, stress management, bullying, life skills, etc.
- Coordinate with parents, teachers, and school management.
- Maintain confidential counselling records and follow-up reports.
- Handle student welfare and safeguarding matters professionally.
- Provide career guidance and support wherever required.

Eligibility:




- Master’s Degree in Psychology / Counselling Psychology or relevant field.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a school.
- Strong communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of child and adolescent psychology.
