Role:

The incumbent will be responsible for managing and overseeing end-to-end night-time distribution and operations, ensuring timely dispatch, optimum inventory levels, efficient warehouse management and seamless delivery of products/services within defined timelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Graduate with 3-8 years of exeprience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or related fields will be an advantage.
- Must have relevant experience in night operations, distribution, warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations.
- Experience in Media, FMCG, Publishing, Logistics, E-commerce,



Retail or other time-sensitive distribution environments will be preferred.
- Prior experience managing night-shift operations and time-bound distribution is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, dispatch and order management.
- Working knowledge of SAP / ERP systems and Distributor Management Systems (DMS).
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and operational MIS.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and operational transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
- Robust coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
- Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational schedules, as required.
