Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven field sales executive to join our sales team. This role is ideal for an energetic professional who enjoys direct customer interaction, works well in a target-driven environment, and is looking to build a career in sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibility
- Visit potential and existing customers within the assigned territory
- Generate recent leads through field visits, networking, and referrals
- Present products/services clearly and address customer requirements
- Convert leads into sales through effective follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets
- Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Travel within the assigned territory as required

- Must be comfortable driving a two-wheeler/four-wheeler for work purposes
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Preferred Qualifications
- Freshers are welcome to apply, provided they have good communication skills and a strong interest in sales.
- Candidates with prior experience in field sales, business development, or customer-facing roles will be preferred.
