About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head Domestic to drive business growth across the West India region. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in IT product/solution sales with a focus on BFSI clients and should be capable of engaging with CXO-level stakeholders to drive strategic business opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for achieving sales targets for the assigned territory in West India.

2. Conduct sales region needs analysis and develop effective sales strategies and business plans.

3. Build and manage strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

4. Develop and maintain a healthy sales funnel and customer database for lead generation and digital marketing initiatives.

5. Understand and effectively communicate the product value proposition to CXO-level executives.

6. Support the team in preparing product proposals, responding to RFPs, and managing price negotiations with clients.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

1. Strong “go-getter” attitude with a target-oriented mindset and proven sales track record.

2. MBA from a reputed institution.

3. Experience in IT product selling – solution selling, hardware, software, or technology products.

4. BFSI-focused sales background with experience in solution/hardware/software sales.

5. Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

6. Comfortable engaging with CXO-level stakeholders and closing high-value deals.

7. Proficient in using modern digital and social media platforms for business development.

8. Smart, confident, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills.

Desirable Skills & Experience

1. Experience in selling to Banking, Payments, Self-Service, or ATM domains.

2. Strong exposure and established relationships within the banking ecosystem in the West India region
