Role & responsibilities

Conduct routine preventive maintenance (PM) and breakdown maintenance for HVAC and BMS systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related faults in BMS platforms (e.g., Niagara, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Schneider, Enlite KYB)
- Monitor system performance through building automation software and generate performance/energy reports
- Support integration of third-party systems (fire alarm, access control, lighting) with the central BMS

• Coordinate with clients, facility managers, and internal teams to resolve service tickets within SLA timelines
- Maintain accurate service records, checklists, and documentation for audits and compliance
- Provide on-call/emergency support as per rotation schedules
- Recommend system upgrades, retrofits, or energy-optimization measures




- Train client-side facility staff on basic system operations where required
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols (electrical safety, working at heights, etc.)

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering

• 25 years of hands-on experience in BMS/IBMS and HVAC service, maintenance,

• Working knowledge of at least one major BMS platform (Niagara N4, Honeywell EBI, Johnson Controls Metasys, Siemens Desigo, Schneider EcoStruxure)

• Understanding of HVAC systems: chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, cooling towers, pumps

• Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks protocols
