About the Role

Cogniter Technologies is looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager – Marketing to join our team in Chandigarh.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and successfully delivering multiple marketing projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong project management, team leadership, stakeholder communication, resource planning, and problem-solving skills.

The Project Manager will work closely with marketing specialists, designers, developers, content creators, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the expected quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop comprehensive project plans covering objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.




- Gather project requirements from clients and internal stakeholders and translate them into clear project plans.
- Define priorities, assign tasks, establish deadlines, and monitor project progress from initiation through completion.
- Ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives, marketing strategies, and client expectations.
- Track project milestones and proactively address delays, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams comprising marketing specialists, SEO/PPC professionals, social media experts, designers, developers, and content writers.
- Assign responsibilities based on team members' skills, workload, and project requirements.
- Provide direction, support, and motivation to team members to ensure successful project execution.
- Foster effective collaboration and communication across departments.
- Monitor team performance and ensure deliverables meet defined quality and timeline requirements.
