Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Leadership Development and L&D; programs
• Drive manager and frontline capability development
• Design and implement role-based learning programs
• Manage L&D; calendar, training partners and stakeholders
• Drive Manager Training, Train-the-Trainer (TTT) and operational training
• Track training effectiveness and business impact
• Prepare L&D; MIS, dashboards and management reports
• Support succession planning and talent development
Candidate Profile:
• 8+ years of experience in L&D; / Training / Leadership Development
• Strong experience in Hospitality / Hotels / QSR / Restaurant L&D; preferred
• Robust facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience in designing and delivering training programs
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and MIS
