Role Description
The Partner Success Manager – Influencer Marketing will manage and grow strategic relationships with brand and creator partners, ensuring successful campaign delivery and long-term collaboration. In this full-time hybrid role based in Delhi, the person will work partly from the office and partly from home, coordinating closely with internal teams such as sales, product, and marketing. Day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding new partners, understanding their objectives, designing influencer campaign strategies,



and guiding them on best practices using KOLPlanet’s platform. The role involves monitoring campaign performance, interpreting analytics, preparing reports, and recommending optimizations grounded in data. The Partner Success Manager will also handle partner communications, resolve issues promptly, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and contribute feedback to improve tools, workflows, and overall partner experience.

Qualifications
