Production Assistant ||

We are looking to hire an experienced Production Assistant to help us in production department in our Gear manufacturing plant. Looking forward for hard-working and dedicated professionals.

Responsibilities ||

Interact with the customers and solve problems related to customer end.

Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.

Exposure of turning / broaching / hobbing / shaving / shaping / milling and grinding is preferred.

Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.

Oversee and coach employees.

Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.

Check production output according to specifications.

Submit reports on performance and progress.

Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.

Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.





Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

Requirements ||

Experience of 2-5 years is preferred

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical engineering.

Freshers can apply.

In-depth knowledge of the gear industry

Familiar with general clerical and administrative tasks

Good verbal and written communication skills

Strong passion for the industry

Self-driven and motivated

Versatile to work long hours and weekends where necessary.

Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Able to stand, walk and move around for long hours at a time.
