Role Description
The Reporter is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India. This position involves researching and gathering information related to trade fairs and industry developments, conducting interviews with exhibitors, visitors, partners, and internal stakeholders, and producing clear, accurate news and feature articles for digital and print channels. The Reporter will cover event activities before, during, and after trade shows, including press releases, news stories, social media content, and multimedia elements such as photos or short video clips where needed. Daily tasks include monitoring industry trends, verifying facts, meeting tight deadlines, collaborating with marketing and communications teams, and ensuring consistent editorial standards. The role requires a proactive approach to finding stories, strong ethical judgment, and the ability to present complex information in an accessible way.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Reporting and News Writing skills, including the ability to research, investigate, and produce timely and accurate stories.




- Candidates should possess excellent Writing and Communication skills, with a clear, concise, and audience-focused style suited to both digital and print channels.
- Candidates should possess Multimedia skills, such as basic photography, video capture, and familiarity with digital publishing tools.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field are preferred.
- Beneficial skills include knowledge of trade fairs or B2B events, familiarity with the Indian and international business landscape, strong editorial judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadline pressure.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain professional ethics, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders is essential.
