Job Descriptions:
* To freeze the formulation by reproducibility and repeatability of the batch results based on given formulations
* Lab set up : Installation, calibration & SOP for each equipment to set
* Development of test methods as per different standards
* Equipment maintenance, calibration and calibration schedule
* Raw material testing as per given specifications
* SFG or concentrate making for FG and quality testing
* Bench mark sample analysis
* Data generation to make the target specifications
* Over all Lab safety to maintain in reference to msds of all raw materials & equipment
* Raw material sourcing, procurement,
analysis and data generation, vendor stabilization
* Data generation to make raw material specifications
* Lab batch processing and Lab batch sheet preparation, recording.
* Sampling and storing the material properly
* Finish goods testing and results interpretation
* Data generation to make Finish valuable specifications
* Field trials arrangement along with marketing and participation
* Stability test to arrive the shelf life of the product
* Packing material testing, development of test method & Packing stability of the product
* Standards and norms compliances
* Pilot and plant batch processing, process optimization and Product validation as per product design input and customer requirement
* Sample preparation for field trials
* Log book and test report maintaining date wise and batch wise
* Lab maintenance by proper cleaning and discarding the unwanted materials periodically
