Role Purpose:

The Integrated Marketing Lead will drive end-to-end marketing implementation across ACME Group businesses, ensuring that marketing opportunities are identified, evaluated, and executed with consistency, speed, and strong business alignment. This role will be responsible for spotting high-value marketing opportunities across all SBUs, including sponsorships, partnerships, events, marketing activations, and organic marketing initiatives, while also managing campaign delivery through robust coordination of briefs, budgets, timelines, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Role & responsibilities:

1. Identify and evaluate integrated marketing opportunities across all SBUs, including sponsorships, partnerships, events, marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and organic visibility platforms.

2. Translate business priorities into actionable marketing plans and implementation roadmaps across multiple brands, products, and business verticals.

3. Lead execution of business marketing campaigns end to end, from brief development and planning through rollout, monitoring,



and closure.

4. Ensure seamless coordination of campaign briefs, budgets, timelines, approvals, agencies, production partners, and cross-functional stakeholders for on-time delivery.

5. Work closely with business teams, corporate communications, brand, digital, design, procurement, finance, and external vendors to maintain execution discipline across channels.

6. Drive integrated deployment across online and offline touchpoints, ensuring message consistency, brand alignment, and execution quality.

7. Manage vendor onboarding, agency coordination, deliverable tracking, and campaign governance to minimize delays and execution gaps.

8. Monitor campaign performance, generate implementation learnings, and recommend improvements for future marketing effectiveness.
