We are looking for an Automation SME who will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions across IT processes. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, hands-on automation experience, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to drive efficiency and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing IT processes and systems to identify automation opportunities.
- Design and develop automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Lead technical workshops and provide SME-level guidance to team members.
- Mentor junior resources and support them in understanding automation best practices.
- Collaborate with operations, development, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective automated workflows.
- Ensure automation solutions adhere to security, compliance,



and performance standards.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation scripts, workflows, and tools.
- Stay updated with emerging automation trends, tools, and frameworks to drive innovation.

Required Skills Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in automation (IT process automation, scripting, workflow automation).
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure domains such as End User Support, ITSM, Network, Server, Cloud, Virtualization.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, Shell, or similar.
- Experience with automation tools or frameworks.
- Valuable understanding of ITIL processes and operational workflows.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
