- Develop consistent pipeline of Micro finance members & Customers
- To Ensure Access to Equitas Products and services to maximum micro finance eligible members.
- To mobilize maximum micro finance members to get enrolled to Recurring deposits of our Bank
- Adherence to process and compliance as defined by the organization
- Loan disbursement process to be done first time right .
- Monthly productivity target for loan disbursement to achieved month on month

RM- Collection
- Relationship Manager - Micro Finance (Collection) will be responsible for managing the portfolio of microfinance clients with a focus on Non-Performing Assets (Collection)).
- This role involves overseeing the recovery and resolution of OD accounts, maintaining strong relationships with borrowers, and ensuring that collection efforts are productive and compliant with the companys policies.
- The position also includes identifying risks and providing proactive solutions to minimize OD while maintaining healthy client relationships.red candidate profile
