About the Role:

We're expanding our sales team and hiring Sales Consultants across multiple international desks to drive new client acquisition and grow TabAir's marketplace presence globally.

We are currently hiring for the following regions:
- Americas
- Africa
- Europe

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for identifying and onboarding new business clients — airlines, MROs, distributors,



and aviation operators — within your assigned regional desk, and supporting them through TabAir's sourcing and procurement workflow.

Key Responsibilities

*Business Development*
- Identify and connect with potential business clients within your assigned region
- Build and maintain relationships with airlines, MRO organizations, distributors, and aircraft operators

*Sales Execution*
- Respond to client enquiries and guide them through TabAir's sourcing and procurement process
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active marketplace participants
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to regional growth

*Coordination*
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools and company platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for current clients
- Stay informed on market trends and sourcing needs within your assigned region
