Job Description – IT Coordinator (Network & Telecom Operations)Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized IT Coordinator to manage telecom and internet-related operations. The candidate will coordinate with ISPs, manage SIM and broadband inventories, handle billing follow-ups, and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) for new broadband connection requests, upgrades, relocations, and issue resolution.

· Communicate and coordinate with internal project teams regarding connectivity requirements and status updates.

· Procure new SIM cards required for Credo router deployments and coordinate activation and replacement with telecom vendors.

· Maintain records of all SIM cards, including allocation details and usage status.

· Follow up with vendors and the finance team for timely processing of IT-related invoices and payments.

· Maintain records of broadband, telecom, and other IT service bills and ensure timely payments.





· Maintain an updated inventory of all SIM cards used across the organization.

· Keep accurate records of all broadband connections, including ISP details, bandwidth, locations, and renewal dates.

· Prepare and update inventory reports and management dashboards as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· 1–2 years of experience in IT coordination, telecom management, or network operations.

· Good understanding of broadband connectivity, ISP processes, and telecom services.

· Robust communication and coordination skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and documentation management.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up with stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Skills

· Experience working with enterprise routers such as Credo routers.

· Knowledge of telecom billing and inventory management processes.

· Familiarity with IT asset management practices.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
