ROLE INTRODUCTION
This role will include handling & assigning requests from prospective & existing clients under the assigned client group/portfolio. He/she will work towards liaising with the prospective & existing clients regularly,
hearing them out & assisting them to get their work done or to resolve the hurdles that they may be facing in getting their work done. The promptness in reverting to such clients and establishing rapport with them on a long-term basis is the key to this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the portfolio of companies under the Client Group (up to 100 clients) assigned, and to handle the full spectrum of corporate requests, including handling new referrals for incorporation or onboarding.
- Provide coverage during the absence of any of the RMs to ensure uninterrupted client service and timely task completion. Maintain service quality and client satisfaction across all touchpoints during RM absences. Join ongoing client meetings to support RMs and ensure service consistency.
- Attend incorporation and onboarding calls to stay aligned with client expectations. Manage and coordinate the end-to-end process of recent company incorporations. Oversee seamless and professional onb
