Job Summary:

Zentex IT LLC is looking for an energetic and results-driven US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to manage and market our bench of experienced IT consultants across the United States. The ideal candidate should have a strong network of Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients, with a proven track record of successful consultant placements.

Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT,



GC, USC, EAD, TN Visa holders) to Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Generate daily requirements through existing vendor relationships and business development efforts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and hiring managers.
- Match consultants to client requirements based on technical skills, availability, and project needs.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate contract rates, and close placements.
- Work closely with recruiters and account managers to ensure quick turnaround on client requirements.
- Maintain consultant profiles, resumes, submission records, interview schedules, and placement reports.
- Utilize Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, JobDiva, Ceipal, and other ATS/CRM tools effectively.
