Role Description
The Field Sales Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in India, responsible for driving sales of LED lighting products within assigned territories. Day-to-day activities include visiting potential and existing customers, presenting product features and benefits, and conducting product demonstrations at residential, commercial, and industrial sites. The role involves generating leads, following up on inquiries, preparing quotations,



negotiating pricing and terms, and closing sales orders in line with company targets. The Field Sales Executive will maintain regular contact with distributors, retailers, contractors, and project partners, while collecting market feedback, monitoring competitor activity, and sharing insights with the internal team. This position also requires accurate reporting of sales activities, timely documentation, and collaboration with the operations and accounts teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Proven field sales experience in electrical, lighting, or related industries, with strong territory management and target achievement skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities, with a customer-focused approach and professional presentation skills.
