Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and converting prospects into customers.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, meetings, and business discussions with prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up consistently with prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Update daily activities and sales pipeline in CRM/HRMS or relevant tracking systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the reporting manager.




- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or a similar role.
- Experience in e-commerce, EdTech, SaaS, digital services, or related industries will be an advantage.
