Principal - AI/ML
In this role, you will combine
hands-on technical leadership

advanced marketing analytics
, and
AI innovation
to design scalable solutions that power decision-making across digital and offline media channels. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to translate complex data into actionable intelligence.

What You Will Do
*Lead & Build*
- Lead, mentor,



and scale a high-performing team of data scientists.
- Set technical direction and best practices across modeling, experimentation, and AI adoption.
- Drive a culture of innovation, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.

*Generative AI & LLMs (Core Focus)*
- Lead the design and deployment of Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions for marketing and media use cases.
- Apply NLP techniques such as sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and text classification to enrich marketing insights.
- Integrate GenAI into predictive workflows, reporting automation, and proactive intelligence generation.

*Advanced Marketing Analytics*
- Design and implement advanced analytics and machine learning models, including:
- Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)
- Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA)
- Propensity and RFM modeling
- Bayesian and non-parametric methods
- Apply experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, significance testing) to validate impact and opt
