- nspect raw materials, components, machined parts, and finished valves as per drawings and specifications.
- Perform dimensional, visual, and in-process inspections.
- Conduct/witness hydro and pneumatic pressure testing as per approved procedures.
- Verify valve assembly, marking, painting, and final inspection requirements.
- Use calibrated measuring instruments and maintain inspection accuracy.
- Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming products.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, test reports, and quality records.
- Maintain product identification and traceability.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for correction of defects.
- Follow ISO/API requirements, Quality Procedures, SOPs, and safety rules.
- Support TPI/customer inspection and internal audits when required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
