At Compass Tourism, were expanding and looking for a dynamic Sales & Operations Executive to join our growing team.
As an ISO 9001:2015 certified company and a Ministry of Tourism registered operator, we are actively strengthening our presence in inbound tourism across Indiaand were looking for someone who can grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end client queries (domestic & inbound)
- Design customized itineraries across India
- Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transport partners
- Manage bookings, confirmations, and execution of tours
- Support business development and client relationship management
- Ensure seamless on-ground operations and guest satisfaction





Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 14 years of experience in travel sales and/or operations
- Robust destination knowledge of India
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Passion for travel and hospitality
