Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and resourceful Senior Marketing Growth Manager to join our growing team. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in a build from-scratch workplace - someone who is equally comfortable doing deep market research as they are crafting a sharp pitch and closing a deal. You will work closely with leadership across the full spectrum - from understanding the market to converting prospects into clients. Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, industry trends, and customer needs.
- Identify and define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) across product and service offerings.
- Map key decision-makers, buying triggers, and sales entry points within target segments.
- Develop clear, compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks for YuniQs products and services.
- Translate technical capabilities into market-facing narratives that resonate with target buyers.




- Build and maintain foundational GTM assets - website content, pitch decks, one pagers, and service collaterals.
- Design and execute GTM strategies for new offerings - from planning through launch.
- Plan and run marketing initiatives including campaigns, content, and channel activation across digital and offline touchpoints.
- Establish and grow YuniQs digital presence across relevant channels including website and LinkedIn.
- Drive marketing execution end-to-end, ensuring consistent messaging and timely delivery.
- Drive outbound efforts - prospecting, cold outreach, and lead generation across both product and service lines.
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact to closure.
- Build and manage a pipeline, track conversion metrics, and continuously refine the outreach approach.
