Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify & finalize company accounts, balance sheet, and financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT compliance and filing.
- Manage vendor & subcontractor billing reconciliation.
- Ensure timely statutory payments and returns (Income Tax, ROC, MCA filings).
- Budgeting, cost control & financial planning for construction projects.
- Liaison with auditors, banks, and government departments.
- Knowledge of project billing (PWD, PMGSY, Mandi Board, Police Housing Board, Jal Jeevan Mission).
- Maintain payroll records and employee compliance.

Required Candidate Profile
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 38 years of experience.
- Experience in construction/infra companies preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, and company law.




- Ability to handle audits, taxation, and compliance independently.
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
- Positive communication & leadership skills.
