We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Business Finance team as a Financial Controller/Business Finance Associate. This role is ideal for an early-career CA who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to build a career in business finance and FP&A.;
Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly/quarterly financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on business performance
- Assist in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations
- Support cost analysis, profitability tracking, and business case evaluations
- Partner with business teams to provide financial inputs for decision-making
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements
- Assist in process improvements and automation of finance workflows
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is a

- Tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g., Excel/Sheets AI add-ins,
- ChatGPT/Claude, automation tools) to improve reporting efficiency and analysis

Qualification:
