Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive L2 Systems Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Windows server administration, VMware virtualization, infrastructure monitoring, and enterprise IT operations. The ideal candidate should possess solid troubleshooting skills, experience managing incidents and service requests within SLA timelines, and knowledge of backup, patch management, and endpoint security solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
- Manage and support VMware virtual infrastructure, including virtual machine provisioning, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Monitor servers, infrastructure, and critical services using enterprise monitoring tools and proactively resolve issues.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests through the organizations ticketing system.




- Ensure all assigned tickets are resolved within defined SLA targets and maintain accurate documentation.
- Perform Windows patch management, including planning, deployment, validation, and reporting.
- Monitor and manage backup jobs, perform backup verification, and assist in restoration activities.
- Support endpoint security solutions such as EDR and MDR platforms, ensuring systems remain compliant and protected.
- Participate in root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to reduce recurring incidents.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during maintenance activities and production incidents.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational reports.

- 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration or Infrastructure Support.
