About the Role
Loger Developers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of civil construction, site execution, quality control, and project
coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
2. Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
3. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and other project teams.
4. Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the planned timeline.
5. Check the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
6. Prepare and maintain daily site reports, measurements, and progress updates.
7. Ensure proper utilization of construction materials and resources.
8. Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
9.Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction guidelines.
10.Assist in quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and material planning.
11.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper execution of structural and finishing works.
Requirements
B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in civil construction or real estate projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and site execution.
Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage site activities and coordinate with multiple teams.
Willingness to work at project sites as required.
