PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proven work experience as a cluster manager in the retail industry.
- People Management Skills – Should have handled a minimum of 3 to 15 Retail store / specific region with a team handling capacity of more than 30 people
- Should be ready to travel
- Ability to drive sales targets from respective stores & regularly report.
- Ability to drive strategic initiatives and training for store productivity.
- Must have leadership qualities for taking work from managers & sales staff.
- Must have a proven track record in B2C & Retail.
- Must have an understanding of Excel data and experience in preparing the same
- Experience in reviewing assigned store performance against catchment/city potential
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Bachelor's / Master's degree
- 4-5 years of experience as a store manager and minimum 2 years experience as a cluster Manager in a retail industry
- Experience with Watch retail will be preferred first
