Key Skills Required • Proficiency in quotation preparation and internal communication • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills • Strong knowledge of engineering principles and best practices. • Good understanding of technical and commercial aspects of engineering proposals. • Good working knowledge of MS Office / Excel. • Self-Motivated with Good Time Management Skills. • Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with multiple departments. • Willingness to learn and understand current products, systems, and engineering solutions. Roles and Responsibilities • Prepare and review technical and commercial quotations based on customer requirements. • Coordinate with internal departments such as Engineering, Sales, Purchase, and Projects for proposal preparation. • Understand customer requirements, specifications, and project scope. • Prepare cost estimates, proposal documents, and quotation summaries.



• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for required technical and commercial information. • Ensure quotations are accurate, complete, and submitted within the required timelines. • Support the Sales and Engineering teams in preparing proposals and clarifications. • Handle internal communication and coordination related to proposals and quotations. • Maintain proper records of quotations, proposals, and related documents.

Qualification Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or B.Com. Experience 2-4 Candidates from grain processing, food processing, material handling, conveyor systems, or related engineering industries will be preferred.

Language Requirements • • • English Hindi Local language of the respective state will be an added advantage.

Computer Skills • • Good working knowledge of MS Office / Excel. Should be able to prepare reports, project documentation, schedules, estimates, material lists, and basic technical documents.
