About the Role

Amtrino is looking for a proactive, energetic, and ambitious Business Development Associate (Fresher) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers passionate about IT consulting, sales, client engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US IT consulting and staffing market.
- Research and connect with potential clients, MSPs, VMS providers, and GCCs
- Conduct prospecting through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Support the sales process from lead generation and qualification through meetings, proposals, and closure.
- Maintain accurate prospect and sales activity records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and develop appropriate solutions.




- Consistently work toward defined business development and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in US IT staffing, IT consulting, or business development is preferred.

- Freshers with solid communication skills and an interest in B2B sales and IT consulting are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of MSP/VMS, direct clients, and GCCs is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate solutions effectively.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow in a quick-paced startup environment.
