We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced consultant with a solid background in HCM S/4HANA On Premise solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions that meet our clients' business needs while ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

This role requires a deep understanding of HCM processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop HCM S/4HANA On Premise solutions tailored to client requirements.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct system architecture reviews and ensure compliance with best practices.





Develop and maintain documentation related to system architecture, design, and implementation.

Support the integration of HCM solutions with other enterprise systems. Identify and mitigate risks associated with solution design and implementation.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in HCM and S/4HANA technologies.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong expertise in HCM S/4HANA On Premise solutions.

Proven experience in solution architecture and design. In depth knowledge of HCM processes and best practices.

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
