Machine Maintenance Responsibilities
- Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems: Monitor oil levels, check operating temperatures, prevent sludge buildup, and replace leaking hoses or failing valves.
- Electrical & Control Checks: Inspect wiring, safety interlocks, heating bands, and PLC control panels.
- Screw & Barrel Upkeep: Clean nozzles, purge barrels, and measure the injection screw for wear.
- Auxiliary Equipment: Maintain peripheral gear like resin dryers, chillers, conveyor belts, and material loaders.

Mold and Tooling Responsibilities
- Preventive Cleaning:



Clean, rust-proof, and store production molds properly after a run.
- Cooling Line Care: Flush cooling channels to prevent scale and mineral blockages that cause overheating.
- Corrective Repairs: Replace worn ejector pins, fix parting-line flash, and align mold halves.

General Operational Duties
- Emergency Troubleshooting: Respond immediately to unplanned equipment stoppages during active production shifts.
- Preventive Maintenance (PM): Execute scheduled servicing following manufacturer guidelines.
- Documentation: Log completed work orders, parts usage, and asset histories into plant maintenance software.
