We are looking for a candidate with 0 to 2 years of Experience

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media creatives, promotional posters, digital advertisements, branding materials and marketing designs and should be able to convert ideas and marketing requirements into attractive, professional visuals.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, quick, detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple design requirements with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality social media posters and promotional creatives for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other platforms.
- Design creatives for course promotions, admissions, offers, campaigns and events.
- Create posters for aviation, cabin crew, airport, hospitality and travel-related courses.
- Design recruitment and job-opening posters.
- Create creatives for workshops, seminars, events and student activities.
- Develop festival and special-day creatives for social media marketing.
- Design digital advertisements for marketing campaigns.




- Create WhatsApp promotional posters and broadcast creatives.
- Resize and adapt creatives according to different social media platforms and formats.
- Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, layouts and overall brand identity.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Admissions teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Convert marketing concepts, offers and campaign ideas into visually compelling designs.
- Handle multiple creative requirements and meet deadlines.
- Make revisions based on management/marketing feedback.
- Maintain organized design files and editable source files.
- Ensure all creatives are grammatically correct, visually balanced and ready for publishing.
