- Key Responsibilities
- Call prospective students from the given database using ERP and convert leads into admissions.
- Follow up effectively and generate walk-ins and walk-outs, converting candidates into registrations.
- Handle walk-in and phone enquiries and maintain updated enquiry data in the system/database.
- Counsel students regarding courses, program selection, class schedules, placements and career planning.
- Build solid relationships with students and generate admissions through references.
- Convince and guide students to enroll in suitable courses.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Business Development and Communication teams.
- Support marketing events and campaigns.
- Communicate the benefits of different design courses at national and international levels.
- Handle the complete sales cycle and achieve company targets.
