JOB TITLE: ELECTRICAL SITE SUPERVISOR ⚡

TDC Contracting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Electrical Site Supervisor to join our team at Karaikal, Puducherry.

Location: Karaikal, Puducherry
Position: Electrical Site Supervisor
Experience: 5+ Years
Industry: Construction / Contracting

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day electrical site activities.
- Ensure electrical installation works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and other site teams.
- Ensure proper installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Identify and resolve site-level electrical issues effectively.
- Maintain daily site reports, work progress records, and material requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned electrical works.
- Follow project safety procedures and statutory requirements.





Requirements:
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in electrical site supervision, preferably in construction/contracting projects.
- Good knowledge of electrical installation, wiring, cable laying, panels, DBs, earthing, and testing.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.
- Good manpower coordination and site management skills.
- Robust communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work at the Karaikal project location.
