Role & responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counselling for academic, emotional, and social issues.
- Support students in crisis situations like bullying and conflict resolution.
- Guide students in problem-solving and skill development.
- Strengthen relationships between students, parents, and teachers.
- Assess student strengths, interests, and areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with parents for overall student development.
- Assist in behaviour modification and preventive programs (including substance abuse).
- Refer students to external professionals when required.
- Maintain counselling records and track behavioural progress.
- Conduct workshops for teachers on student support and self-help strategies.

Essential Experience & Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in psychology/counselling.
- Certificate course in Counselling
- 4+ years of experience as a School Counselor.

Pay: From ₹375,000.00 per year
