large-volume trades, institutional liquidity, and seamless execution for HNI and institutional clients

About The Role
We are hiring for the
OTC team
to drive
client acquisition, onboarding, and operational execution
for high-value customers.

This role involves managing
end-to-end OTC workflows
, including client relationships, order coordination, liquidity support, and operational execution across fiat and crypto rails.

You will work closely with
Trading, Custody, Compliance, and Operations teams
to ensure smooth execution, strong client experience, and adherence to internal controls.

What You’ll Do
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and onboard HNI and institutional OTC clients




- Build and manage strong relationships with key OTC customers
- Understand client requirements, trading patterns, and pain points to provide tailored solutions

OTC Trade Execution Support
- Coordinate with clients to place and execute OTC orders
- Relay and broadcast quotes efficiently between internal teams and clients
- Ensure seamless trade execution with minimal slippage and delays

Onboarding & Client Enablement
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding processes
- Ensure clients are enabled to transact smoothly on the platform
- Guide clients through platform usage and OTC workflows

Fiat & Crypto Operations
- Assist clients with fiat and crypto deposits and withdrawals
- Ensure quick turnaround times (TAT) for all transactions
- Monitor transaction flows and resolve operational bottlenecks

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Custody, Trading, and Operations teams to fulfill OTC requirements
