The role
The Workday Security & Integration Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing,



and maintaining security within the Workday HCM ecosystem. This role ensures compliance, protects sensitive HR data, and supports business operations by configuring and optimizing security roles, business processes, and audit controls. The analyst will collaborate with HR, IT, and internal audit teams to ensure Workday security meets organizational, regulatory, and audit requirements.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Workday Security Administration
- Manage Workday security roles, domains, and business process security policies, including updates to roles and permissions based on organizational changes.
- Monitor Segregation of Duties (SoD) risks and support Workday releases by assessing security impacts and updating configurations.
- Security Governance & Compliance
- Ensure Workday security aligns with GDPR, SOX, SOC, ISO 27001, and internal IT policies.
