Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver detailed TEV reports with financial, technical, and risk assessments.
- Build financial models including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow projections, ROI, NPV, IRR.
- Conduct SWOT analysis, cost estimation, and scenario-based financial projections.
- Collaborate with internal teams, Chartered Engineers, and Consultants for accurate data.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain MIS for project tracking and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years’ experience in financial modelling, cost estimation, and risk analysis.
- Robust knowledge of financial forecasting, reporting, and modelling tools (Excel, etc.).
- Educational background:
Bachelors/Masters in Finance/Economics/Accounting OR CA (Inter/Final).
- CFA, FRM certifications are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, with ability to work independently and in teams.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vidyavihar, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
