. Patient Calling & Appointment Management
- Make outbound calls to patients for appointment booking and confirmation.
- Follow up with patients who have shown interest in consultation, surgery, or eye-care services.
- Remind patients about upcoming appointments, investigations, surgeries, and follow-ups.
- Reschedule appointments when required and coordinate with the concerned department.
- Make calls to patients who missed their appointments and encourage them to reschedule.

2. Patient Enquiry Handling
- Attend incoming calls and provide basic information about hospital services, doctors, consultation timings, and appointment availability.
- Understand patient requirements and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Provide accurate information regarding consultation, investigations, surgery process, and follow-up visits.
- Escalate medical or clinical queries to the concerned doctor/clinical team instead of providing medical advice.

3. Surgery & Patient Follow-up
- Follow up with patients advised for surgery but who have not yet confirmed their surgery date.




- Maintain a database of patients who are pending for surgery.
- Follow up with patients after consultation and counselling.
- Make post-operative follow-up calls as instructed by the hospital.
- Record patient responses, concerns, and requirements accurately.

4. Patient Conversion & Counselling Support
- Follow up with prospective patients generated through enquiries, camps, digital marketing, referrals, and other sources.
- Coordinate with the counselling team for patients requiring detailed counselling.
- Maintain proper follow-up until the patient books an appointment or surgery.
- Identify reasons for non-conversion and report them to the reporting manager.

5. Patient Database Management
- Maintain updated patient calling records in the hospital software/CRM/Excel.
- Record call date, patient response, appointment status, follow-up date, and outcome.
- Ensure patient information is kept confiden
