About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Business Development Executive who has worked with an advertising/marketing agency and understands how to identify, approach, and convert brands into clients. The ideal candidate should be an aggressive hunter with an existing network of brand contacts, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads across industries; build a strong pipeline of prospective brands and clients.
- Reach out to marketing heads, founders, and decision-makers of brands to pitch the agency's services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, pitch decks, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate commercials, scope of work, and close client deals/contracts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal creative, strategy, and servicing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding post-deal closure.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging brands to identify recent business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Represent the agency at industry events, networking meets, and brand meetings.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Client Servicing within an advertising, branding, or marketing agency (mandatory).
- Proven track record of independently acquiring and closing brand/client deals.
- Strong existing network with brands and marketing decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confident, proactive, and result-oriented approach with the ability to work under targe
