About the Company

A global logistics leader is scaling its India despatch and tracking hub and has partnered with Flexiple to hire an Operations Coordinator to keep shipments, drivers, and exception queues moving on schedule. You will be the first point of contact whenever something on the network needs to move faster. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As an Operations Coordinator, you will handle the day-to-day coordination that keeps freight moving on time, tracking shipments, chasing updates, and flagging exceptions before they turn into delays.

Key Responsibilities

Shipment Coordination
- Track shipments and consignments across the network and update status in real time
- Coordinate with drivers, warehouses, and carriers to resolve delays and exceptions




- Maintain accurate records of pickups, deliveries, and proof-of-delivery documents

Reporting & Support
- Update trackers, dashboards, and internal tools with daily operational data
- Escalate exceptions to the right team promptly and follow up until closed
- Support the wider operations team with scheduling, data entry, and ad hoc requests

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 0 to 3 years in operations, logistics, or coordination roles; freshers with the right aptitude are welcome
- Comfortable working across trackers, spreadsheets, and multiple internal tools at once
- Organised and detail-oriented, able to juggle several open threads at a time
- Transparent written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior exposure to logistics, freight, or supply-chain coordination
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets and basic reporting
