We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Analyst. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across project teams and finance functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Controlling and warranty
- Monitor and control project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Track project costs, revenue recognition, and margin analysis.
- Prepare monthly project financial reports and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and contractual terms.
- Support project managers with financial insights for decision-making.
- Identify risks and opportunities impacting project profitability.
- Analysis of the warranty spent and forecast.
- Ensure accuracy in the warranty reporting.
- Accounts Receivable Analyst
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Ensure accuracy in reporting of sales and receivables
- Oversee the AR process, including invoicing, collections, dispute resolution, and cash application.
- Monitor Key metrics such as DSO, collection efficienct and sipute resolution timelines.
- Assist in cash flow forecasting based on AR trends.
- Ensure compliance with credit policies and internal controls.
Qualifications Skills
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification.
- Working knowledge of US GAAP
- Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, and ERP systems (Oracle Preferred)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
