Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end maintenance operations across South India.
- Lead, mentor and manage the regional maintenance team.
- Ensure preventive & breakdown maintenance of QSR kitchen equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, DG and other restaurant assets.
- Manage AMC, vendors, service partners and maintenance contracts.
- Monitor maintenance TAT, equipment uptime, PM compliance and costs.
- Support New Store Openings, renovations and expansion projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory and engineering standards.
- Drive cost optimization, root-cause analysis and reduction in recurring breakdowns.
- Work closely with Operations, Projects, Procurement, Finance and other stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in QSR / Hospitality / Food & Beverage.
- Solid experience in multi-unit / multi-location maintenance management.
- Prior experience in team handling and regional maintenance operations.
- Strong exposure to QSR equipment, HVAC, refrigeration and electrical systems.
- Experience in vendor management, AMC, budgeting and cost control.
- Willingness to travel extensively across South India.
- Engineering/Diploma qualification in Electrical / Mechanical / related technical field preferred.
