We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls, and convert leads into potential admissions/sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain our courses/services.
- Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries efficiently
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert them into enrollments.
Requirements
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
- Valuable telephone etiquette and convincing ability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
