Job Description: Growth Marketing Manager

Role Overview

Sensory Studio is a new premium bed and bath brand being built under The Sleep Company. As we prepare for the 0-to-1 launch, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can own customer acquisition and growth execution across digital and offline channels.

This role will be responsible for driving performance marketing, CRM, retention, funnel optimization, influencer marketing, SEO, and local store growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, execution-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable working in an early-stage brand environment where systems, playbooks, and processes are being built from scratch.

The primary focus of the role will be performance marketing and customer acquisition, with broader ownership across growth workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing
- Own day-to-day execution and performance across Meta, Google, and other paid acquisition channels.
- Work closely with the performance marketing agency to plan campaigns, review performance, optimize spends, and improve CAC,



ROAS, CTR, CVR, and overall funnel metrics.
- Build and monitor campaign structures across prospecting, remarketing, store-led campaigns, and product/category campaigns.
- Coordinate with creative/content teams to ensure a robust pipeline of ad creatives, hooks, formats, and landing page inputs.
- Track weekly performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale.

2. Website and Funnel Growth
- Own website traffic-to-purchase funnel optimization in collaboration with the website/tech team.
- Monitor key funnel metrics across sessions, PDP views, add-to-cart, checkout initiation, payment success, and conversion rate.
- Identify drop-offs and coordinate improvements across landing pages, PDPs, checkout, offers, and user journeys.
- Work with internal and external teams to run experiments that improve website conversion and customer acquisition efficiency.
