Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Relationship Manager – Government Empanelment

to identify government business opportunities, manage vendor registrations and empanelments, track tenders, and build strong relationships with government departments and institutional stakeholders.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete empanelment and tendering process and supporting the company in developing government and institutional business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify relevant
government departments, public-sector organisations, institutions, and government panels

for the company's products and services.
- Identify and manage vendor registration and empanelment opportunities.




- Handle registrations and applications on
GeM and other government/institutional procurement portals

- Track
tenders, EOIs, RFPs, RFQs, empanelment notices, and government business opportunities

.
- Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria, documentation, and submission timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare
technical and commercial proposals

.
- Manage the complete empanelment process from opportunity identification to submission, follow-up, and approval.
- Build and maintain relationships with government officials, institutional clients, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
- Follow up with concerned departments regarding registrations, empanelments, proposals, and approvals.
- Maintain a database of government panels, registrations, tenders, and business opportunities.
- Monitor renewal dates for registrations, empanelments, certificates, and agreements.
- Prepare
daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
