Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Billing and Planning Engineer role based in Pachpadra. The Billing and Planning Engineer will prepare and verify project bills, track work progress against contracts,



and ensure accurate documentation for client invoicing and internal reporting. The role includes preparing and updating project schedules, coordinating with site, procurement, and finance teams, and monitoring resource utilization to support timely project delivery. The engineer will assist in project cost control, analyze variances between planned and actual execution, and support corrective actions to keep projects within budget and timelines. Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining records in relevant software tools, preparing periodic progress reports, and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and transparency.

Qualifications
